Covington-area Reception Nov. 3 Will Feature the U of M

Students and their families who are interested in learning more about the University of Memphis are invited to a recruitment reception on Monday, Nov. 3, at the Chamber Center, 101 West Court Square, in Covington.  The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is expected to last until about 8:30 p.m.

The event is geared toward high school juniors and seniors and transfer students.  University representatives will discuss the admissions process, financial aid and scholarships, academic programs, honors programs, residence life, student organizations, student services, and other aspects of life at the U of M.

Other receptions in West Tennessee are set for Oct. 27 in Jackson, Oct. 29 in Union City, and Nov. 4 in Dyersburg.
